I don’t know about you, but August flew. I can’t believe summer is nearly over and fall is just around the corner. I won’t complain though; it is, after all, my favorite season. As I write this, I am drinking an iced PSL and already looking forward to the many fall activities I have planned, one of them being the Renaissance Faire. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to go when the weather starts to cool down. If you’ve been, let me know!
Since I wasn’t heavily focused on Camp NaNo and didn’t travel nearly as much as in the previous few months, I was able to dedicate more time to reading this month. Below are the books I wrapped in August and what I rated on Goodreads.
- House of Sky and Breath by Sarah J. Maas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- The Lightening Thief by Rick Riordan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- I Who Have Never Known Men by Jacqueline Harpman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Not a Happy Family by Shari Lapena ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Small Angels by Lauren Owen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- Broken Summer by J. M. Lee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- The Final Girl Support Group by Grady Hendrix ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- The Titan’s Curse by Rick Riordan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V. E. Schwab ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
